LOST VALLEY
A side-scrolling pixel-art beat 'em up for one or two players on the same keyboard. Five adult jungle explorers (a brawler, a fast kicker, an expedition leader, a hard-hitting adventurer in a wide-brimmed hat and a staff fighter) battle bone-masked raiders, raptors and a charging horned dinosaur through a lost jungle and a fire mountain, with combos, grabs and throws, flying kicks, a special power for each hero, breakable barrels with food and weapons, and two bosses: the Bone Chief and the giant King Fang.
How to play
Controls
Player 1: W A S D to move, J attack, K jump, L special power. Player 2: arrow keys, Numpad 1 attack, 2 jump, 3 special. Esc or P pauses. A gamepad works too.
Fight like an arcade hero
Tap attack for a four-hit combo. Double-tap forward to run and attack for a dash. Jump and attack for a flying kick. Walk into a raider to grab: attack for knees, direction + attack to throw him into his friends. Attack + jump together spins you around at the cost of a little health.
Break, eat, survive
Smash barrels and crates for meat, fruit, gems, a club and throwing spears; stand on an item and attack to pick it up. The blue bar is your element power and refills on its own. Out of lives? Continue from where you fell.
